JACK R.WOOD IS NOT ON THE AMERICAN SUNBATHING ASSOCIATIONS CAUTION LIST.
Attorney Jack R. Wood of Shelbyville was disbarred by the Indiana Supreme Court on Friday on grounds he traded legal work for sex with a 17-year-old girl and her aunt.
The court charged Wood with professional misconduct.
The court said Wood also arranged for the girl's employment in the making of pornographic movies at the ''Naked City'' nudist resort near Roselawn.
The court noted it had suspended Wood from practice in 1976 for trading legal work for sex.
The disciplinary statement said Wood in October 1983 was employed by a woman to defend another woman charged with theft and burglary. She paid him $50 of his $750 fee but told him a month later she was out of work and unable to pay him, so Wood had her pose nude for him and later that month used her for oral sex in his office, the court said.
Still later that month, the woman and her niece visited him to discuss their legal bill and Wood arranged for the girl to go to Naked City for photographs and movies, the document said. The niece left Naked City ''when she became frightened by the increasingly violent nature of these movies,'' the court said.
Two days later, the court said, Wood used the niece sexually as he had her aunt.
